Misrepresentation Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits a false or misleading claim may be held liable for damages, including legal fees.
Fair Use: Before filing a DMCA notice, please evaluate whether the material in question qualifies as fair use under copyright law.
Transparency: We may share a copy of your DMCA notice (with personal details redacted) with the party who posted the allegedly infringing content or to a third party for legal or educational purposes.
Pixelmart reserves the right to:
Review and evaluate all submitted DMCA notices.
Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content.
Notify the uploader or author of the removal.
Restore the content if a valid counter-notification is received.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was an error.
Your full name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local court.
